About the roomies
I am subletting my room as i am going abroad to travel with my partner. We are subletting from March 1 to May 1 as of now with the possibility to extend. One other girl lives in the apartment. She is a student and works part time. She is super quiet and nice, mostly stays in her room. The livingroom is equipped with a tv and record player with lots of records to choose from. Full kitchen and bathroom are shared. The area is fantastic. One minute walk to the dundas street car and a five min walk to the college streetcar. Grocery stor is within a walking distance. So are coffee shops, restaurants and parks. The sublet is available for a minimum of two months with a possibility to extend !
