Located in Carlington with a walking score of 86 and a transit score of 57, our home is close to everything, including just a five minute jump across the street to Ottawa’s only 24-hour Shoppers Drug Mart! We are also located centrally, not far from both Algonquin College, and Carleton University. Our unit is located on the second floor of a two-story apartment building. We would be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room. The tenants in the building are quiet, kind, and respectful. There is also garden space in our backyard if you have a green thumb :) Parking is available for an extra $50 per month. There is also a $50 key deposit. Smoking is okay, so long as it is done outside. First and last month’s rent required. Ideally looking for a long-term roommate, but I’m happy to chat with anyone who is interested, as everyone’s situation is different. Room is all-inclusive, including internet and Netflix! Please pardon the clutter in the photos! Current tenant is in the process of moving out and we are purging/moving around some of our things. Once the current roommate’s room has been cleared out a bit more, I’ll be posting a pic of the bedroom. The room measures 9.2 x 10.6 not including the closet.

You would be sharing the apartment with myself, a solo mom, and my sweet, friendly (and very funny!) six-year-old son. We don’t have any cats, dogs or small pets, but we do love them!
