This room for rent is in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a shared kitchen! 1093/month (including water and heat) + hydro + wifi (split in 3 each month and comes to about $100). When it comes to parking, we have a driveway :) no one drives so it would be just your vehicle.
It’s a decent sized room as well and the structure is cute. The room is unfurnished but it has cubbies on the left hand side and rails to hang your clothes as well!
The location is also pretty lovely because it’s about a 10 minute walk from the beach + the park, a five minute walk to a concert venue, the Alliance movie theatre and the bus + streetcar stops.
This home is LGBTQ+-friendly, cat-friendly, and 420-friendly!
All in all, if you’re looking for a warm and cozy home to wind down at the end of your busy day, chat for hours, or even be in silence this is the place for you! 🧡
First and last months rent is required and move-in date can be ASAP. This would be a sublease and so at the end of the period (which is November), you’ll have the option to renew your lease as well!

Both roommates are two females in their early 20s. One is a fashion student and the other is a working professional. They both enjoy music, the arts, karaoke, video games, thrifting and more. They like go keep their space moderately tidy as well and cook just under the frequent rate. There is one cat named Roo and she’s cute, shy and a bit of a princess 🙃 she does like to keep to herself overall though!
