Looking for one more person to join the two mature and clean ladies currently in the unit. Room is a Private bedroom for single occupancy with private bathroom @ $1350. In-suite laundry, utilities, internet and driveway parking included. Unit and room comes furnished. Room and unit comes furnished with everything seen in the pictures. Common areas and kitchen also comes furnished and equipped. It is for immediate possession. This is a pet free and smoke free space with a max of three people. Two ladies living here and looking for the third housemate.
