Shared second-floor apartment in a charming century home, bordering the Central Frederick + Auditorium neighbourhoods. This all-inclusive rental features free on-site laundry, a security system, and plenty of stairs. The entire apartment is fully furnished, including all kitchenware and cleaning supplies. Bring your own food, drinks, toiletries, and linens.

Your Space:

• Your private bedroom comes furnished (twin mattress, bed frame, dresser, curtains, small desk + chair) or unfurnished: up to you.
• Space for a small office/workspace can also be made available in the finished attic upstairs (furnished or unfurnished).

House Rules:

• Solo Renters Only: No couples, no dual-occupancy.
• Respectful & Tidy: Equally share weekly cleaning responsibilities.
• Allergy Restrictions: NO dairy, perfume/cologne, candles/incense. (Some mildly-scented products are okay: happy to discuss.)
• No Smokers. No vaping, weed or illegal drugs.
• First & last month’s rent due upon signing the lease.
• References will be required.

Location:

• 7-minute walk to ION/LRT and easy access to bus routes 7, 8, 1, 3, 4, and 20.
• 3-15 minute walk to The Kitchener Market, Downtown Kitchener, Conestoga College (downtown campus)
• Indoor bike storage available.
• No on-site parking, but nearby parking options range from $120-$200/month.

You’ll share the apartment with me (late 30’s neurodivergent female) and my two cats.

I’m hoping to find a roommate who I can also hang out/socialize with - bonus points if you’re a fellow nerd!

It’s important to me that we can share this home comfortably while also respecting each other’s need for privacy and personal space.

Mutual trust is a MUST.
