Molly's room

Hi! I’m looking for a sub letter for my bedroom for the summer months (I’m a student heading home). The place is listed as a “basement suite” but is more of a split level. The layout is two bedrooms and a bathroom in the basement level with the living room, kitchen, and laundry on the main floor (ground level). The photos I’ve included are from previous renters so the furniture will be different. The location is very near the train line and other amenities. Located in ranchlands neighbourhood between crowfoot and Dalhousie train stations. Bus routes right to both stations. Great transportation routes to UofC.

My best friend is living in the other bedroom and will be around all summer. We are both easy going but would appreciate someone who can maintain a clean space. It would be expected for the sub-letter to be respectful of the property and the landlord. We are looking for someone who can pull their weight in standard chores.
