This apartment is located in a brand new, luxury condo building right next to the Distillery District. It’s a quiet neighbourhood but is well-located with respect to public transportation, bars, restaurants, groceries, cafés, etc. The building has incredible amenities including a gym, sauna, pool, coworking spaces, movie room, teaching kitchen, and more. It’s a 2 bed 2 bath, and your room has a large walk-in closet. Your bathroom is not an ensuite but would be entirely your own, including a full bath tub and plenty of storage. There is brand new in-unit laundry and a dishwasher. The room itself will come unfurnished, while the common areas are furnished with room to grow. If you own furniture, you are welcome to bring it; I’m very open to redesigning the space or even going in on some new furniture items together! Wifi will be an additional $30 per month, while hydro varies. For three people our last bill was $140. I should also note that the move-in date is flexible - we can discuss further depending on what you are looking for.

I am the only other tenant in the unit. I’m 24 years old (female) and currently work a serving job downtown, so my schedule runs late. I grew up in Vancouver but have lived in Toronto for 8 years. I have a Master’s degree in philosophy and own a lot of books! I love interior design and am constantly looking to make my home more beautiful and welcoming. I have only lived in this apartment for two months, so there is still plenty to do to make it more my (and your!) own. I’m fairly introverted and like my privacy, but also love having someone to chat with and am open to forming a friendship with whomever moves in. I am a pretty easygoing person, bu feeling safe and comfortable at home is very important to me, so I’m looking for someone that shares this value & fosters that feeling for me. Ideally looking for someone long-term to stay for the remaining 18 months of our lease.
