A private furnished room with shared full bathroom (with one person) is available to rent. For female only. This is a corner townhome unit with 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms. Room has double bed w/storage, blackout curtains, desk, chair, blackout curtains, and dresser. Shared bathroom has a bidet, warm seat and warm water.
Near 322 bus stop.

My son recently finished university. I am a working professional and we both live onsite. We have a golden retriever so you need to tolerate dogs, preferably like 😊. No smoking, no vaping inside, no partying, no subletting. No other pets as we already have one.
