Hello! I am looking for one person to rent a room in my SE Dover condo. I’m looking for someone who is employed, has good references and generally is easy going.

I do have a small non shedding dog, who doesn’t really share with other dogs well, so no other pets please.

My current roommate is moving to Toronto at the end of the month, so the room will be available March 1st. She can tell you I’m a great roommate.

Unit Details: $650/Month plus $650 security deposit Available March 1st Includes everything but cable (I don’t use), food and phone. Street parking is free, or condo parking is $40 and you arrange that through the condo management company.

It’s just me and my little Yorkie Bailey! I work full time at a long-term care centre in recreation. I love gardening, crafting, games, RPGs, Sci-fi/fantasy, reading, camping, campfires, fishing, and cooking. I’m quiet and enjoy relaxing on my time off.
