Room rental in a safe and quiet neighbourhood in East Hamilton
House is a four bedroom house with laundry and utilities are included. The house is conveniently located near multiple grocery stores, schools, churches, QEW, the Linc, and Eastgate mall. We are also near the bus terminal and several bus lines. The house is clean, includes street parking, laundry and is furnished. Bedroom is partially furnished and I have purchased brand new queen beds.

About the roomies
Your roommate would be me, a single mom, and my child. I am hoping to have a house share with another woman or single mom. I am not home often as I am in maternity leave so you would likely get the house to yourself except for a few drop in visits. I am clean, quiet and keep to myself.
