AP's room

Spacious high 15ft ceilings condo located on the top floor. Lots of natural light and new utilities including dish washer and washer/dryer. Large room overlooking the mountains in the distance and private full bathroom with tub. Located 5 mins by bus or car from Edmonds skytrain station. 5 minute walk from the Save on, recreational centre and restaurants. Room is currently unfurnished but can come furnished if needed. Split $50 for internet, and happy to do a Costco run for TP etc.

I keep a busy schedule especially during the week. In my spare time I’m pretty active, rock climbing, gym, listening to records and cooking. I do like to keep a tidy living space and hope to have a roomie that is also chill and respectful. I do have a big dog (very part time) maybe one week out of the month.
