I can have the room furnished. This is a two-bedroom apartment inside a larger building. My son for male, or my daughter for female will occupy 1 of the bedrooms. Long term lease preferred: 1 year, 2 year, etc. I separate outdoor and indoor shoes. I do not smoke cigarettes or marijuana. I do not use any alcohol. I try to help people who work full time.
