A furnished spacious bedroom with Shared washroom for rent in the Basement suite of the Very peaceful and respectful shared house.

Available on March 1 2025, month to month contract. Located in quiet family oriented neighbourhood in North Rutland, very close to UBCO, Kelowna Airport, YMCA.

$1050/ person or $1150/ 2 person in total with everything included ( electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, wifi, gas ), can stay max 2 person.

You will have your own furnished bedroom with the queen size bed, bed sheet, pillows, blanket, TV, coffee tables, bed lamps, working desk, small sofa bed.

Share a washroom with another professional working full time ternant in the next room, and share kitchen and laundry with another professional working full time couple on the main floor.

No pets, no parties, no smoking or vaping. We are looking for clean, respectful, peaceful and responsible ternant/ ternants. Professional workers, Students and Newcomers are welcome. Income proof must be provided.

We are owners of the house including my husband, myself and a 3 years old daughter who are living on the top floor of the house, so feel free to reach us anytime if you need something. You will share a washroom with another working full time ternant who also stays in another room of the basement suite, and a kitchen with another working full time couple who are very respectful and friendly persons who stay on the main floor. All of them are very friendly, respectful and responsible ternants.

Our house located in a very quiet family oriented neighborhood. It takes 15 mins to UBCO by bus or 5’ to Kelowna airport by driving, and 15’ 20’ to downtown Kelowna by driving as well depend on the traffic.
