You have a private bedroom, with living room, bathroom and kitchenette. It was renovated one year ago and has beautiful materials..Canadian Walnut flooring with Persian area rugs. The love seat and sofa are also only 1 year old. All new windows. The kitchenette has Cherrywood cabinets and there is an incredible granite counter top. The stainless steel fridge is a 3 door French style. The bathroom has a refinished cast iron and porcelain slipper tub with shower. The vanity is a walnut cabinet with quartz countertop. The bedroom is furnished with antique bed and dressers. Please note that I pay utilities. If however , you’re not satisfied with internet speed or service, you are free to purchase your own. I don’t want complaints if Roger’s is down, or maintaining lines. Also, there may have to be a shared hydroelectric bill, if the cost becomes too high for me to manage. If we try to keep consumption down by paying attention to low peak rates vs high peak; I believe it will work out .

You would just be sharing with me. I’m a 73 year old lady, and I live quietly. I have some difficulty getting around at times. I would prefer no pets since things are new and I know it doesn’t take on for pets to ruin a place, if they’re not cared for and trained properly.
