Hi everyone! I have one furnished or unfurnished room available for rent in my apartment in Coquitlam. The bedroom 9’ x 9’, with a large closet and access to your own private bathroom. The room looks out onto the balcony of the unit. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to Coquitlam Centre, Henderson Place, and Lincoln skytrain station, with access to Superstore, Hmart, and tons of food options nearby. The unit is on the 5th floor, and it includes in-suite laundry, internet, tv, gas stove, and oven. There is a gym in the building, and you’ll have access to the clubhouse down the street with another gym, movie room, sports gym, outdoor pool. There is street parking available, or I could try to organize another parking spot in the parking garage. It is a no smoking building!

Available for $1000/month if you’re okay with having 2 cats in the apartment. They are the sweetest, and I think they’d love to have another friend if you have one!

I’m 30 years old. Currently working in healthcare on a 4 on 4 off schedule. I’m pretty easy going. I like to spend time outdoors going hiking and snowboarding but also love spending time at home with the cats. I’m also big into hockey and going to concerts. I’m hoping we can be friends and hang out sometimes! Looking for a responsible roommate with a steady income
