Private room for rent - sublet with possible lease takeover!
Looking for a summer sublet for my room in Halifax beginning April 1 until August 31, 2025, with the possibility of a lease takeover after that!
House is located very close to the Dalhousie Studley Campus. Room can come unfurnished or furnished (although if furnished you will be purchasing my furniture for $200).
Rent is $760 monthly, all inclusive except for wifi ($21 per month). Laundry is free and shared with the upstairs neighbours.
