Roommate wanted for spacious 2000 square foot house. Private furnished bedroom with walk in closet and 4 piece bathroom. 2 entertainment centers. Possibility of a 3/4 second kitchen. Walk out basement so large windows for seeing sunsets. Location wise. On a horse farm 8 minutes north or spruce grove. Looking for an older mature single female(50+) that has a horse or who wants one. Possible lease could be available. I have a small animal boarding business in the home. Which must be respected 100%. I have pets of my own. 2 cats and one dog and soon one puppy. So no other pets allowed in household; renter must be ok with having cats on their lap. I can’t stop them. Also must be clean and respectful of all shared areas. No smoking, no vaping, no drugs, no parties. References required. This is non negotiable as their will be strict rules regarding home business. As for horse boarding facilities. It is 54 acres, around 35 acres crossed fenced for pastures. Safe fencing, auto waterers for most areas. 4 stall full service barn. Outdoor arena and round pen. $300 additional. Depending what you drive could be room in heated garage. Utilities will need to be discussed. Damage deposit can be in lieu of help around the farm if you’re handy. If you like to garden, there is a large plot waiting to be planted. I will not answer “is this available”.
