Two female tenants are currently staying and are looking for a third female to join us. Room 1: $430/month Room 2: $530/month Please note: Utilities are not included. Here’s the breakdown: WiFi: $20/month Heat & Electricity: Approximately $60–$80/month (varies depending on usage).

Amenities: In-suite laundry, microwave oven, reading desk, and chair and also queen mattress available if needed.
