Our three bright, fully furnished private rooms are on the main floor in Westcliffe Hamilton, close to amenities. It’s close to Mohawk College, an 8 min walk to Westcliffe Mall, a 5-10 min drive to major shopping areas, and a quick 12 min trip to the stunning Sherman & Tiffany Falls. This is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and nature for your short-term stay! :) The rooms are in different sizes from $750 to $950 per month.

We are a couple own the place and living in the basement. There will be potentially 3 roomies in the main floor with private rooms. One bathroom will be shared among 3 roomies and the rest of the shared places will be shared with roomies as well as ourselves. A room might have a male occupant for some months.
