I’m looking for a clean and responsible roommate to share my spacious 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhome in Bankview, Calgary. The home is 1,850 sq. ft., built in 2018, and still looks brand new. It’s located just a couple minutes’ walk to the bus, a 5-minute drive to 17th Ave, and 10 minutes to downtown.

The available room is unfurnished, comes with a large walk-in closet, and its own bathroom. The main floor will be fully furnished and includes a shared living room, kitchen, dining area. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and there’s in-unit laundry. There is plenty of free street parking, and I also have an underground parking spot available for rent if needed. Note: I will only rent out 1 of the rooms as the top-floor room will be used as an office.

$1350 all utilities included.

I am a career focused male in my mid 20’s, I work downtown and have two jobs, though I occasionally work from home. I’m laid-back but value a clean and organized living space. I’ll occasionally have guests over, and you’re welcome to as well. Ideally, I’m looking for a downtown working professional or someone with a similar lifestyle who is clean, respectful, and responsible about shared spaces.
