King Street North

Hi everyone. I am looking to transfer my lease as soon as possible, meaning that my apartment is available immediately. It is a sunny one-bedroom apartment with a large balcony on the 22nd floor.

It is located just 600 meters from Conestoga College and just 280 meters from Wilfred Laurier University (you can actually see it from the balcony). It is also just an 8 minute bus ride down King Street to reach the party area of Waterloo (see google map screenshots). There are also restaurants, fast-food chains, convenience stores and more at the base of the building and scattered around the surrounding streets.

Wifi is included and secure parking is available. The building contains laundry facilities and there is a communal rooftop terrace that will be completed soon as well as common area lounges (which I never really used). I should add that almost all of the furniture came with the apartment, but I am happy to leave/sell some of my additions should you want them.

Rent is 2050$ per month, but I am willing to bring it down to 1800$. In the process of transferring the lease I will e-transfer the differential to offset the costs. Ie. If you move in at the beginning of March and stay until the end of the lease I will give you 250$ x 6 = 1500$. You are welcome to renew the lease at the end of August with the building management.
