This house is extremely cute and cozy. It is an older house and possess some of those older house characteristics that are so admirable such as high ceiling, hard wood floors, crown molding and more cozy aspect to it. The house is fully furnished (besides the room for rent) and had shared high speed wifi, TV and many other amenities. It is located downtown Guelph, in a lovely neighbourhood, right by a lush park, wine store and market across the street, minute walk from the lively downtown scene and many bus stops just steps away!

We are a group of 4, third year students looking for a 5th female roommate! We are a group of kind, clean, studious and mostly quiet gals! We love to hang out together during the evening, watch a show together, do a craft, have a wine night and occasionally have a night out on the town!
