This apartment is on the second floor of a house and it is 5-minutes walking distant from the university, it has its own ensuite bathroom, dinning room and walkin closets. Kitchen on the main floor and is shared with other tenants. It is ideally for someone with a clean and quiet lifestyle. Student or working professional preferred. This unit can accommodate one person only and not for a couple. In your first enquiry, please introduce yourself as what you do for a living and if you are a student, the year and program you are in. I will not respond to your email without introducing yourself. Utilities are included. Pets or smoking are prohibited. Available July 1.
