Housemate Wanted. Students Only. Hi, I have an extra room for rent in my apartment. It is a two bedroom, one is currently being occupied and the other for rent. This apartment is fully furnished and comes with WiFi and Cable, which includes most popular streaming services. Hydro is also included with the rent . Also it is pests and rodent free. It is about 2 minutes away from the bus stop, 7 minutes away from York University, 5 minutes away from Pioneer Village bus station, 5 minutes away from the malls, has a plaza downstairs (grocery/pharmacy), and a park close by. No Smoking, No Parties, No Pets, as the apartment is shared. Also no Beef or Pork in the apartment. (This is non- negotiable). The room is available for short term rental only (3 to 6 months).

The apartment is currently being occupied by one person. The person is from an East Indian Background, but born in the Caribbean, and also religious. The person is working and has a very active lifestyle, very responsible, friendly and respects other people’s boundaries. Always keep the house clean and organized all the time.
