About the roomies
ABOUT THE HOUSEMATES (2 women) We are a pretty relaxed and clean-living household. Although I can’t always speak to who will be here, I can tell you that I am careful to choose those who are easy to get along with and contribute to a respectful, peaceful environment.
Currently, I live upstairs and usually have 2 people who live at opposite ends of the house downstairs: Lindsay works with Alberta Health Services and has been here for 3 years —and— Brandon has relocated to be closer to family. I am currently semi-retired and do forensic bookkeeping from home.
((( No need to ask: Bedroom is AVAILABLE until Marked RENTED )))
Out of respect for the people who live here and to minimize unnecessary traffic in and out of the house, showings are limited to those who provide Personal Introductions. We do not invite total strangers into the home without knowing if they would be a good fit.
After reading the whole listing, if the space appeals to you, I look forward to answering any questions you may have.
