About the room
1 furnished bedroom for rent (12’x8’) in a 4 bedroom house. Can be furnished with a double bed, dresser and a side table or it can be unfurnished if you have your own furniture.
Property is walking distance to bus stop, Superstore, UPEI (10 mins), and various other amenities. Holland college is about a 10 minute drive away.
Rent is due on the 15th of every month. Damage deposit required is equal to the rent ($495.43). Utilities not included aside from water. Laundry in unit. Shared driveway for parking. We do have pets but unfortunately are not looking to take more in. (Must be comfortable with cats)
The lease is month to month but we live here long term. The move in date anytime between February 15 to March 15.
About the roomies
We all have different occupations, ones an electrician, ones a potato biologist, and the others a horticulturist. We have 3 cats and at the end of the day we usually all hangout together and cook or watch a show
