Private room for rent in 3-bedroom unit! Available after march 1st.

Unit is on second floor. Kitchen, living room, and bathroom shared with 2 other tenants.

Parking included. Utilities (wifi & heating) shared between tenants and not included. (usually between $40-80 total per month per person, depending on season)

I’m looking for someone to to take over the lease for early March. Must be able to provide all documents, references, and first and last month’s rent upfront.

No cats or dogs because of roommate’s current cat, pets kept in the room are fine.

First and last month rent required, as well as proof of employment/paystubs
