Unit: One private bedroom & private bathroom in a 3-bedroom 3-bathroom 1500-1600 sq. ft. townhouse located right on the lake. Unit is fully furnished, other than the bedroom being rented out. Third bedroom is a communal guest bed/office. Unit is equipped with dishwasher, heating/aircon, washer/dryer, and a private rooftop terrace with uninterrupted views of the lake, CN Tower, and Toronto Island. Townhouse is a 10-minute streetcar ride to Union Station.
Bills are shared: internet, hydro, and gas. Water is covered by landlord. Typically comes to $100 each. Parking spot can be rented to minimize bill expenses.
