About the Space:
🏠 Location: 1200 Hornby St
💰 Rent: $1750 (+BCHydro & Internet)
📅 Move-in Date: March 1st
📜 Lease: 11 months
🛏️ Room: Unfurnished with built in closet, big windows, and room for a queen size bed.
🎥 Apartment walk through (smaller bedroom for rent): Video available on request (Site blocks it)
🚿 Amenities: WiFi, Pool, Jacuzzi, Gym Room, Social Room (Reservable), big patio, and 24/7 Concierge/Security.
Requirements:
✅ Any gender/sexuality - All are welcome!
🔤 Proficient in English - Need to be able to communicate.
✅ Individual Occupant - Guests/SO’s are welcome to visit.
✅ No pets - Discussion possible for smaller pets (not dogs).
🚭 No smokers, vapers, or drug use (420 included).
🧹 Clean and tidy – shared spaces should be maintained.
✅ Must be comfortable with my girlfriend regularly spending time at the apartment.
Preferences:
✅ Age 25-40 - I’m in my 30’s, want to live with likewise.
✅ A working professional – steady job and responsible (No 3rd shift workers)
✅ Ideally not fully remote – some WFH is fine.
