Rent includes utilities, high speed internet and parking. Furniture can be provided if needed. Nearest bus stop is only a 5min walk from home (number 16 or 17). Very close to H2O and OC and KGH. Looking for two respectful, clean and busy females (working or student) to share kitchen and laundry room in large home with two other professional females and pets (cat & dog). Rent available for a minimum of 91 days, and long term stay can be approved upon agreement. References will be required from applicants and only selected will be contacted for viewing. No indoor smoking allowed and no pets.

We are a mother and daughter busy with our work and lives. We love hiking, dancing, singing and yoga! Our favourite walks often take place close to home as we are grateful to be surrounded by beautiful paths with stunning landscapes.
