My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate in a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 story house (with yard and downstairs storage space!) in Kitsilano! Close to all amenities and 20 minute walk to the ocean! 🏖

Rent is split $1330 + utilities. Utilities have averaged between $80-110 per month including everything. Room can be furnished, or unfurnished!

About the roomies

We are 2 females in our mid 20s to early 30s. I am a PhD student in the veterinary sciences and my roommate is a reporter at CBC! I am new to Vancouver, and have built a nice cozy home here! We’d love a roommate who would also become a friend and who we could build a little community with 😊! We’re both fairly clean, quiet, and open minded. I also have the sweetest senior dog and cat (see pictures) 🐶🐱🥰.
