About the room
The house has three levels. The basement is used by everyone for storage and laundry machines. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and guest bathroom are on the entrance level. Upstairs are the four bedrooms and the main bathroom.
At the moment, two rooms are available. One room is kept as a guest room, and one belongs to the landlord. He comes to town a couple of times for a few days and stays in the house during that time. However, he is a very quiet and clean guy.

About the roomies
I have lived in the house for a year now, but I’m moving out as soon as possible because I’m moving back to Germany and I’am helping the landlord find a new tenant. I’m selling my bed from IKEA (roughly one year old). The house is great, and so are the neighbors. You will get a parking spot as soon as I move out.
