Couple has an unfurnished room for rent in our large 3 bedroom apartment.

• free street parking or you can rent a spot from the property management
• 2 adorable cats live here
• pool in summer
• close to shopping and bus routes
• close to Justice Institute and couple blocks from Queens Park
• no smoking allowed on premises set by property management
• this is a drug and alcohol free home
• long term tenant preferred

• 50 year old man works out of town but comes home every week
• 46 year old women works from home in private office
• apartment is furnished other than bedroom that is being rented

We keep the house clean and tidy and share chores or split cost of cleaners.
