Airam's room

1 private bedroom in a 4 bedroom student housing. Located in the entrance of University of Manitoba. The room is furnished (bed, desk, built-in closet and drawers). The unit has 2 washrooms so you only share with one roommate. It also has a full size kitchen and living room. All utilities are included (except hydro). The building offers a lot of amenities such as laundry room, garbage chute in each floor, lounge, gym, gaming room, locker room, and on-site management. There’s also events for the residents in the lounge every month.

The roommates are all students of the University of Manitoba. They are all friendly. Due to different and busy schedules, most of them are barely in the apartment. But if they are not busy, we usually hangout in the kitchen at night when making dinner. Available for female only as the roommates are female too.
