Hi there! I’m looking for a roommate starting March 1st. Located close to the U of A and Whyte Ave, in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal roommate would be a student or worker, quiet, clean and responsible.

You’ll have your own private bedroom, with shared kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities. There is a big yard and park close by. The two of us share the basement apartment, and there is another apartment upstairs.

Average utilities plus internet are $120/month Renters insurance (already purchased) $20/month

The room is currently furnished. My outgoing roommate is selling the following bedroom furniture, discounted: Bed frame, desk, chair

If you have your own furnishings, that’s absolutely ok too! If you wish to purchase them from my outgoing roommate, we can arrange that prior to moving in.

I’m Nathan! I’m an Education student at the University of Alberta. I love hiking, rock climbing and playing chess. I like going out occasionally but I much prefer to stay in. I don’t smoke and only drink once in awhile. Looking forward to hearing fron you!
