Unfurnished bedroom in a furnished apartment. Tv, couch (pull out sofa), patio furniture. Full kitchen cookware and dishes. Heat and central air.

The room shown is my current room. The room will be unfurnished. there is a larger one available if you want it or require more space I don’t mind keeping the smaller room.

Kitchen and bathroom are deep cleaned weekly by myself. Huge wide balcony overlooking dog park. Plants and pets welcome 🐶 🐈‍⬛

Card laundry available on ground level. 4.25 per load

The unit also has a gym, pool, sauna, and games room located on the ground floor included in the cost of rent.

Scents - scented candles used occasionally. I have no sensitivity to strong scents. Feel free to go crazy and cook whatever you like in the kitchen.

Lighting usually ambient. Lightly decorated, I’m open to suggestions or changes.

Support animals and pets welcomed

Sounds -Television from the living room, occasional music, I keep a calm environment but wouldn’t mind some extra life.

Fire alarm - loud sound followed by announcement. This is tested regularly.

Occasional construction. Our Parking garage is under renovations. The building managers informed us the majority of the construction noise should be finished.

Front entrance to the lobby is street level off of Homewood st. Key fob entry with 24 hour security. 4 elevators, and 2 sets of stairs. Wheelchair accessible.

Communication is ultimately the most important thing and I strive to create a living environment that is respectful and supportive for all. If an issue arises I encourage clear communication so we can find a solution that works for us both.

My name is Josh. I work in public broadcasting at the CBC as a technician. I work a rotating schedule so I will either be gone most mornings or evenings.

I am a massive nerd and love all things geeky. Massive board and card game fan. My comfort show is bobs burgers so that show might be on the tv a lot of the time. When I am home I will likely be in my room gaming or watching tv in the living room.

I grew up around animals my whole life and have a soft spot for all cats. I don’t drink but do smoke (i keep it to the balcony) I keep to myself and and rather quiet but don’t mind having company over as long as there notice beforehand.
