I live in an apartment downtown of Calgary. It’s close to transit, grocery stores, cafes, bus stops, bars, and many more amenities all within walking distance. The apartment is fully furnished with ensuite laundry and a gym and theatre is available on the recreational floor. The apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, one is occupied by me and the other by my female roommate. The room currently occupied by my female roommate is quite spacious and could be shared by two people comfortably and comes with its own washroom. I am looking for a female roommate who is willing to share a room. It is ready for move in, all you need is your necessities. Female students are most welcome! My roommate and I are outgoing and easy to talk to. We’re both ambiverts and spend most of our time either at work or school. We like to listen to music, watch movies, gym, and find some fun outdoor activities to try on our free time. We are open-minded and respectful of personal space and time. We love to keep our place and space clean and organized. We love animals, so if you have a cat or a dog you’re more than welcome to bring them!
