About the room
Looking for a roommate to share my newly renovated 3 bedroom main floor flat in Prospect Bay.
Rent will be $900 with everything included. You must have a vehicle as there is no bus route. The flat is fairly accessible but there are a few stairs here and there. You will share the main bathroom that has a double vanity with guests. I have my own ensuite.
It’s a beautiful place to live and not far from the city (15 mins to Bayers Lake). There are a ton of hiking spots in the area with a tennis/basketball court in the park, the property also has deeded access to the bay nearby.
Serious inquiries only. Room will be ready by March 1st or sooner. References and half a months deposit will be required.
