Venecia's room

Room is available in a single dwelling house to a responsible and conscious, and quiet person. Room is brightly lit with bed, dresser and a closet. Kitchen and laundry will be shared, but bathroom and study are separate.

House is a cleaned and organized environment that’s located on the east mountain, 10 minutes to downtown Hamilton, close to all amenities - many within walking distance. Suited for a non smoker, non drinker, non drug user. Parking is available.

Middle aged working professional with strong morales. Attends church regularly, and also makes time for physical and social activities. Very easy to get along with and is open to intercultural exchange.
