It’s an older house. The room is upstairs right next to the bathroom and toilet. It currently has a bed,a chest of drawers, a chair for the missing desk. The room has its own balcony wth a nice view and a chair to sit on out there. There is a wardrobe, with mirror on it in the hall outside the room.
Towels an bed linens are supplied, but you must provide your own detergent to wash them
You would be welcome to come downstairs and use the living room, dining room, laundry. The kitchen is large with all the appliances. You must clean up after you make a meal. You’ll have your own cupboard and welcome to use my spices and things like cooking oil, and condiments, etc.
I’d welcome some help with the house cleaning, dusting and vacuuming, etc.

Its a great neighbourhood, close to fourth avenue for groceries and other things. We are within four blocks to busses, Macdonald, 4 & 7, & there’s the UBC Express . We are part of a neighbourhood watch.
There are no others, but there’s a long standing tenant in the basement suite. He’s good friend.
