Partly furnished, needs desk, linen and utilities, lamps; and fan for summer. Own balcony with chair. Use of downstairs: living room, dining room. Kitchen but must clean up after us, share fridge, own shelf and hydrator. Laundry on site, in downstairs half bathroom. Provide own detergent. Quiet neighbourhood, close to shops and busses: Macdonald, 4th ave, 7th ave. Everything you need.

About the roomies

I am open to a roommate or someone who wants to be private. I live here alone, but there is a rented basement suite with a long time resident. I am lonely in the the house by myself. I am friendly and welcoming.
