Kitchen but must clean up after us, share fridge, own shelf and hydrator. Laundry on site, in downstairs half bathroom. Provide own detergent. Quiet neighbourhood, close to shops and busses: Macdonald, 4th ave, 7th ave. Everything you need.
About the roomies
I am open to a roommate or someone who wants to be private. I live here alone, but there is a rented basement suite with a long time resident. I am lonely in the the house by myself. I am friendly and welcoming.
