Available for May 1st move in. We are a Friendly colourful 6bedroom 2 bathroom house. Very large backyard garden (fruit trees/chickens/veggie garden/sauna & exercise room) 🐓 🥕 🪴 All utilities/internet Including existing spices, cooking oils, hand and dish soap. Everyone contributes to cleaning & keeping the yard tidy🧼 Open to renting for long term 1yr+ or short term 6months minimum.

Our household keeps a very tidy and organized space. Roommate who loves gardening/large yard spaces & enjoys living in a chicken/dog friendly household is a must :) We all chip in to yard& house work to keep the space clean and organized.

Bedroom has a lovely view of the backyard- large closet & is decorated in relaxing blues with included black out curtains.

We will meet on a zoom to show the bedroom and living space plus meet each other. (10-15mins) If it feels like a mutually positive fit - then we can organize an in person meetup for tea & will require damage deposit (half of rent) and exact move in dates and signed roommate agreement will be completed. ✨ 🌼

Our house currently has a female massage therapist/counselor(I work from home in my tiny home office space) student and an accountant living in the house. We have our 1.5yr old labradoodle dog. 🐕 We like to make our own healthy meals, head out into nature when we can, love to swim, bike & spend heaps of time in our huge garden space. We enjoy hosting small Casual get togethers over food and positive conversations.
No extra animals at the moment. We are a no smoke and no party household. This space is best for recharging & relaxing ☺️
