Bright and spacious furnished room available in a shared home in Coldstream. Shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry with one other female. The living room is also shared with myself. Utilities included. 5 minute drive to Okanagan College. Walking distance to Kal beach and Kal Park.

A little about me…I am self-employed and work from home with a very early start to my work day (6am), but my office and personal living area are on the lower level so you would rarely see/hear me. I’m very active — skiing in the winter, biking in the spring/summer and running all year long. Ideal candidates would be quiet and tidy, and either share a similar schedule or at least be understanding and respectful of the early start and end to my days.
