About the Room: Average-sized with a spacious walk-in closet, can be furnished with a mattress and bed frame if needed, move-in ready starting January 15th or Febuary 1st.

Shared Spaces Include: Cozy living room, relaxing patio with a fully equipped outdoor BBQ/smoker, basement with laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

Prime Location: Centrally located in downtown Kelowna, close to bus stops, grocery stores, and other essentials, in a quiet area with great neighbors.

About Me: I’m a full-time student at Okanagan College. During the week, I stay busy with schoolwork, and on weekends, I’m often out and about, so the house is peaceful and quiet. I keep the space tidy, doing small daily cleanups and a deeper clean on weekends.

Who I’m Looking For: Someone working full-time or also in school, clean, respectful, and willing to help maintain shared spaces, ideally around the same age.

Rent & Terms: $850 per month plus $150 per month for utilities (Wi-Fi, electricity, and water included), long-term lease preferred.
