The room is on the ground level with separate entrance. Bathroom is shared with one person and kitchen is shared in the 1st level.
We are looking for someone who don’t drink, don’t smoke, no drugs, no pets, clean and respects boundaries. Tenants visitors are not allowed in the leased room.
