There are 2 furnished rooms available to rent separately. Room for a single lady in main floor furnished with twin bed. 1 bedroom on lower level furnished with a queen bed. Single or double occupancy. Contact for rates.

My family resides on the upper level of the home. There is a shared kitchen upstairs and a shared washroom on the lower level. Scent sensitive so only unscented laundry detergent to be used. No body sprays. I will do laundry. Damage deposit of $100 . Cleanliness or room and shared places to be maintained at all times. No pets or overnight visitors. Share in shovelling/ mowing grass.
