Apartment is clean, peaceful, near to university of Winnipeg with Bus stop right in the front. It is next to McD & Rexall too.

I would love to share the place with somebody who is respectful and mindful of everyone around and who can ensure to keep the space clean. (Please understand it is a place to rest and sleep. A home. Hence peace of mind is important).

Only I live here and you will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom. The living room and wardrobe will be completely yours and you can get a room divider if you need more privacy.
