My name is J Krish. I currently live in this apartment and am looking to share it with someone who values a peaceful and respectful living environment. I work as a Product Specialist at Capital Ford Lincoln and recently graduated from the University of Winnipeg.

I chose this apartment because of the comfort and convenience it offers. It’s clean, calm, and located just a short walk from the University of Winnipeg. There’s a bus stop right next to the building, and you’ll find essentials like an Indian grocery store, McDonald’s, Rexall, and Tim Hortons just around the corner. Direct bus available towards both University of Winnipeg and Manitoba.

I’m hoping to share this space with someone who is respectful, mindful of others, and committed to keeping the apartment clean. This is a place to rest and recharge. “A home”. So maintaining a peaceful atmosphere is important to me, and I hope it is for you too. While your privacy will absolutely be respected, I’ll also be a caring and considerate roommate.

At the moment, I’m the only one living here. You’ll have full access to the kitchen and bathroom, and the living room (as shown in the photos) will be entirely yours to use. There’s also a wardrobe for your storage needs, and you’re welcome to add a room divider for extra privacy.
