About the room
Looking for a roommate in my apartment located downtown on 109 street! The building is in the perfect location right behind the Save-On-Foods and close to transit. There is in-suite laundry, a gym, on-site security, and management is very responsive.
Water and heat are included in the rent. Other costs (electric, internet, tenant insurance) are usually about $65/month. I also have living room furniture (one couch, tv, tv stand, rug) which are not pictured as I will also be moving in on March 1st!
About the roomies
My name is Riyana, I graduated from university last year and now work fulltime downtown. I like running, watching shows, and eating out with my friends. I’m also very kind, responsible, and easy to get along with :). I’m hoping my roomie and I can be friends while still respecting each other’s space.
