About the room
I have this BLIND bedroom available in my 6 1/5 of 4 bedrooms for May 1st 2025. I also have an other room here https://www.roomies.ca/rooms/488077 for May 1st.
I won’t accept any smoker even if the person smokes outside. This is really important. Thank you for your understanding.
You cannot find a better spot as a student in UdeM, Poly and HEC. Right between the school and all the conveniences. You will save tons of time. Otherwise it is a very peaceful area in Mtl, 25 min away from DT by bus or metro. Areas around the mountain are always appreciated.
Indicate me WHEN you would like to set in and for HOW LONG (how many months) to start.
Ideally I am looking for someone who can stay until end of June or end of August or December + possibility to renew.

Myself : 38 yo FR male. Currently traveling abroad. Worked mainly in real estate management. Likes long conversation and Session IPA beers. Social and freak neat. Can be grumpy in mornings.
