The private room is in a 3bed2bath suite, and you and I will share the large bathroom. The apartment also has a den that serves as an office for 2 out of the 3 tenants (me and you!). Insuite laundry and heat/AC is included in the rent, other utilities like water, gas & wi-fi are separate (~$100/month).

I’ve been living here for about a year and two of my current roommates are going to move in with their partners, so I’m looking for a new roomie! I’m in my early-mid 20s and a woman of colour, and my new roommate is the same age and a man of colour. We’re both working professionals (healthcare and business) who look forward to having friends over and go out on weekends.
